The 19-65 Longfellow heads our lineup of high pressure tandem compound engines. The 19-65, is a workhorse on the belt, easily powering through sheaves of grain by the wagon full and delivering great fuel economy as well thanks to the compound cylinder using the steam not once, but twice. This saves water, and when added to the Longfellow boiler design, using the heat from the fire through more heating surface, you will also save fuel. The 19 is well suited for work on the belt including sawmills, threshing, pumps, yet can handle freighting and roadwork with ease.

The 24-75 Longfellow is a statement of power in its field. The engine sips water and nibbles fuel while putting out all the power most could require for an operation. Like the 19-65, the 24-75 features the legendary Port Huron high pressure tandem compound cylinders driving the unique self-cleaning corrugated drivers. The 24-75 is well suited for belt work on large threshing machines, sawmills, heavy freighting, roadwork and plowing. It shares with the 19-65, a Longfellow boiler, giving you 24 inches of extra tubes, and in turn extra heating surface for efficient use of fuel.
